I don’t like threats. The most inappropriate time to push
someone into a corner is on a sales call.
Hammering in about how they are gonna miss a deal or advising someone to go into debt are two major no no’s for me.
Now don’t get it twisted, people have run up their credit card bills and even sold their cars to work with me.
It wasn’t because I manipulated the conversation in a negative way. It was because the formula was complete. They believed in themselves and as a coach I let them know I believed in them too. They were reassured I could help them in the areas they struggled with.
